U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) summit commemorates the 20th anniversary of the passage of the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998.
The summit will include a plenary to discuss the “State of the Union” of international religious freedom followed by two panels featuring distinguished guests discussing strategies for achieving positive change for religious freedom and prisoners of conscience around the world.
Speakers include: Former USCIRF chairs Robbie George, Katrina Lantos Swett, Leonard Leo, and Rabbi David Saperstein; members of Congress; former U.S. Representative Frank R. Wolf; and Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom Sam Brownback.
The summit will take place April 18, 2018, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Harding Hall Government Publishing Office,732 North Capitol Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.
